We begin by spending time at the build site to determine the logistics of creating your project in its context. At the end of this phase, we create a detailed written description of the project for your approval.
Next we create a concept drawing to further define the vision for your project. We will continue to meet during this phase to ensure that we have an accurate depiction of your dream and its feasibility. Based upon the concept drawing you approve, we will generate a Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) estimate for your consideration.
Once the ROM estimate is acceptable, we will produce detailed building plans. This is where we build the entire job on paper. Depending on the scope and type of work, we may need to outsource portions to specialists (i.e. structural engineer, geotechnical, permit consultant etc.) At the end of this phase, you will be presented with a detailed bid proposal.
Upon bid acceptance, we will draw up a contract and begin the permitting and/or building process. Once permit documents and final plans are procured, on-site construction is performed to completion. This is where your dream becomes a physical reality. We stay in close communication with you during this time to ensure that all the details are completed according to your vision.
